Responsibilities:
- A strong understanding and passion for Social Media is fundamental with Community Management at the core.
- Experience in social & community management coordinating, managing and responding across different social media platforms.
- Good understanding of posting brand content and responding on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok channels.
- Clear knowledge of the social media landscape and optimization of content on key channels
- Using software and tools i.e., Sprinklr to schedule content and manage the social community.
- Reporting on social media performance including sentiment and establishing benchmarks.
Requirements:
- Be socially native with great communications and writing skills.
- You will need to be positively buoyant, resilient and up for a challenge.
- 2+ years in social media experience
- Proficient with social media management and analytics tools.
- Deep knowledge of Twitter, Facebook, Instagram , TikTok and YouTube including analytics.
- Experience with briefing and reviewing creative assets.
- A curiosity to learn new things and challenge ways of working.
