BeOnd is a multinational game-changing boutique airline targeting scheduled leisure luxury air services with an all-premium-class cabin. All our aircraft are fitted with full-flat-bed seats with no compromise to the high-end experience. The Supervisor – Crew Planning (S-CP) reports to the Head of Flight Operations Support and is responsible for the scheduling/crewing team to establish and publish all Flight & Cabin crew schedules.

Responsibilities:

Provide optimum Flight and Cabin Crews rosters, respecting the Flight Time Limitation scheme (FTL) laid down in OM Part A, Chapter 7 and, as far as feasible, the internal FRM policies.
Use all available means, possibly electronic data processing, to minimise cost and improve efficiency without infringing safety.
Compile and Maintain Crew establishment data.
In cooperation with Nominated Person Crew Training and the Lead- Training Planning, account for all flight and cabin crew training activities.
Control the availability of all Crew members and to schedule them for duty.
In scheduling, strictly observe the flight and duty time limitations laid down in Chapter 7 and any additional agreed rostering policies.
In scheduling, plan, monitor and file crew positioning activities.
In scheduling, verify area, route, and airport qualification records for each pilot.
Maintain records of flight times, rest times, leave, sickness of all Crew members.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Crew Scheduler/Controller
Proven track record of supervising a team of employees
Knowledge of AIMS scheduling software
Knowledge of FLT, FRMS and crewing regulations
Ability to identify problems, their sources and the potential solutions while continuing to successfully conduct day-to-day operations without interruption
A strong understanding of systems thinking (ie both realizing that one piece of an organization has an impact on other components of the organization and navigating that impact successfully)
Advanced computer skills
