Responsibilities

A.       Department Leadership:

Provide strong leadership to the holiday department team, including training, motivating, and evaluating staff members.

B.       Sales and Business Development:

Develop strategies to increase sales and revenue for the holiday department. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify target markets, implement promotional activities, and generate leads.

C.       Product Development:

Stay updated with current travel trends and develop unique holiday packages to cater to different customer segments. Collaborate with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure competitive rates and high-quality services.

Requirement

1.      Proven experience (3-5 years) in a supervisory role within the travel industry, preferably in a holiday/vacation department.

2.      Strong knowledge of travel industry trends, destination management, and holiday package design.

3.      Excellent leadership and team management skills.

4.      Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

5.      Sales-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

6.      Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

7.      Proficient in travel booking systems and software.
