The Head of Sustainability is responsible for acting as an ambassador for sustainability activities within MAF Retail by developing and implementing the overarching sustainability strategy and programs across the firm.

Job Responsibilities:

• Devise and support the implementation of the sustainability strategy and all sustainability policies within all business functions
• Liaise with MAF Holdings and its other ventures to ensure alignment and synergy of sustainability-related activities
• Support the company’s sustainability champions/target owners to achieve MAF Retail’s annual sustainability targets through capacity building and management oversight
• Maintain awareness of current legislation and market changes relating to sustainability and environmental compliance
• Oversee the coordination and publication of MAF Retail’s annual sustainability report, and related communications

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent field
• 10+ years developing and managing a CSR / sustainability strategy in a customer driven industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Good problem solving skills
