Requirement

Réussite avérée dans une fonction de recruteur ayant assuré le recrutement de bout en bout pour des clients.
Une expérience de travail dans le domaine des produits de grande consommation ou des produits de santé grand public est essentielle.
Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais
Excellente gestion des parties prenantes et capacité à nouer des relations solides à différents niveaux au sein d’une organisation.
Une expérience de travail dans une organisation complexe et matricielle est souhaitée.
Solides compétences organisationnelles et capacité à déléguer, le cas échéant, certains aspects du processus de recrutement, par exemple la programmation des entretiens et la recherche de candidats.
Intérêt et capacité avérés à travailler dans un environnement de service en évolution rapide.
