Description:

We are seeking a skilled talent acquisition specialist with experience scaling highly effective global teams at fast-growing and product-driven tech startups. You will report to the CEO and will have oversight of our global candidate pipeline, including candidate sourcing, vetting, and hiring. You will also be responsible for managing a junior talent acquisition team, implementing new recruitment software and strategies, and reporting on key recruitment metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent across all business units, with a particular emphasis on developing our global software and product teams.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to extending offers, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process
  • Represent Hohm Energy’s culture and mission throughout the candidate experience
  • Proactively sell candidates on working at Hohm
  • Develop consistent standards and templates for job descriptions, hiring processes, objective scoring rubrics, etc.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with heads of each business unit, acting as a strategic partner to understand their hiring needs and help proactively build their teams for scale.
  • Work with heads of these units to create effective job descriptions, case study assignments, and interview materials.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various sourcing channels, including reaching top quality candidates who may not be actively looking for a new role.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and attracting top talent in a high-growth, product-led environment.
  • Proven experience using a variety of recruitment methods, including head hunting, job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
