- Accountable for all the processes related with Supply chain: vendors registration, creation of codes, price update, etc.
- Report any operational problems, conflicts, incidents, or any irregularities to the Supervisor. Highlight any technical glitches promptly.
- Maintain specialization in Wine, Food, Drinks, Customs, service in Destination Dining to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Anticipate Customer needs and deliver personalized service exceeding customer expectations thus creating memorable experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior working experience in handling all day dining or high-volume operations.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Supervisor, Captain, Head Waiter or a Team Leader in a luxury hotel.
- Proficient in English and a second language (preferably Russian) would be an added advantage.
- Food and alcohol handling certifications.
