Gender: Any
Eligibility: BS in IT, preferably majoring in Network & Data Comms.
Experience: Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure 99% availability of network services including LAN, WiFi, WAN, Internet, Video Conferencing/MS Teams, and VPN
  • Manage configuration process for network systems
  • Implement and monitor NGFW Firewall IPS & Wireless Net for security maintenance
  • Balance information traffic across platforms to enhance reliability and minimize downtime
  • Conduct root cause analysis for network failures and develop reports for review
  • Evaluate network for improvement plans and seek approval for critical changes
  • Coordinate logging and resolution of IPT or Video Con complaints through service desk
  • Manage traffic and bandwidth for uninterrupted video conferencing sessions
  • Maintain telephony service availability across all locations
  • Coordinate VC requirements with external parties and fulfil them
  • Provide input for IT maintenance, data communication links, and SLAs in annual budget
  • Prepare requisitions and purchase requests for new IT network equipment or services
  • Support IT budget team in documenting and budgeting services and SLAs
  • Assist in cost reduction through smart investments or service streamlining
  • Coordinate timely renewal of vendor contracts and engage in warranty claims
  • Draft preventive maintenance plans for network devices and coordinate execution
  • Gather IT project requirements from internal departments and engage vendors
  • Finalize BOQ and SOW and coordinate procurement of equipment
  • Acquire IT equipment for projects to comply with timelines
  • Liaise with relevant teams for project execution from IT perspective
  • Document budget requirements and ROI for relevant teams
