Responsibilities
- Ensuring induction emails are sent on time to all new candidates.
- Managing the new agent onboarding once recruitment has passed a candidate over to the training department.
- Updating the Recruitment/Training CRM.
- Preparing ongoing training material.
- Ensuring ongoing training programs are relevant and aligned with the needs of each branch/company.
- Preparing month-end reports for the training department.

Requirement
