Responsibilities:

Female candidate
Indian Nationality Only (Excluding Muslims/ Pakistani)
Language – Hindi & English
Assisting customers with travel arrangements, ticket purchases, and other travel services.
Researching and resolving ticketing issues in a timely, efficient manner.
Providing customers with detailed information regarding travel options and fares.
Maintaining a thorough knowledge of travel options, fares, and regulations.
Responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, airlines, and other travel-related vendors.
Understanding and complying with all travel regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:

A minimum of two years of experience as a Travel & Tourism Ticketing Agent.
Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of travel regulations and guidelines.
Ability to analyze and research complex customer requests.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reservation systems.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Flexibility to work in shifts including evenings and weekends.
