a) Communicate with the various departments, projects and site representatives to evaluate present and future personnel requirements.
b) Develop sources of qualified applicants through various channels like advertisements, internet sources (LinkedIn, job portals…etc), recruitment agencies or manpower service providers, employee referrals.
c) Review and examine Job Descriptions/Job Requirements of all positions to be filled, ensure that applicants comply to established minimum selection criteria.
d) Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
a) A minimum of 5 years of experience as a technical recruitment / talent acquisition specialist.
b) Offshore renewables (windfarm), Petrochemicals and Mining sectors’ experience is preferred (but not essential).
c) Knowledge of standard hiring practices, recruitment metrics, interview techniques, and management systems and approaches.
d) Well versed with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
