Roles & Responsibilities
- Create and modify detailed alteration plans and drawings for villas using AutoCAD.
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals to ensure regulatory compliance for all alteration projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, inspect work quality, and address any on-site issues.
- Collaborate closely with architects and designers to align project outcomes with design specifications and client expectations
Preference
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- UAE Driving License
- 30 Days’ notice
Requirments:
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating detailed architectural plans and drawings.
- Valid UAE driving license for site visits and coordination with external parties.
- Extensive knowledge of construction and alteration processes, especially in villa remodelling projects.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork with architects, contractors, and stakeholders
