Art Plus Design Services is seeking a talented and motivated Architect to advance our practice. This role will require to perform architectural assignments by applying architectural design standards, practices, and techniques. The Architect will work on a variety of project types.

Responsibilities
- Hands on in monitoring the architectural works for conformance with the provisions of the contract documents and the procedures manual.
- Reviewing, and processing all shop drawings and architectural technical submittals.
- Supervision of design, necessary review, corrections and guidelines.

Requirement
- Bachelor’s qualification in Architecture
- Proven experience of 5 years in UAE (including 3 years in Dubai)
- DM Certified G + 4 with valid SOE Card
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of Dubai building codes, regulations, and submissions requirements
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
