Responsibilities:
- Pre-event Planning:
- Assist in researching and identifying suitable venues for events.
- Coordinate logistics such as transportation, accommodations, and catering.
- Prepare event materials, including name tags, agendas, and other relevant documents.
- Assist in managing RSVPs and registrations.
- Virtual Event Support:
- Collaborate with the technical team to set up and test virtual event platforms.
- Provide technical support to attendees during virtual events.
- Monitor and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.
- On-site Support (if applicable):
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces.

Requirement
