The Role in Brief:

The Qima Global Total Rewards Director will be responsible for managing compensation & benefits, performance management, and recognition for QIMA across the world. The role includes reviewing existing and developing as well as implementing a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy to ensure we attract, engage, reward and retain top talent across our operating countries. This position will report directly to Qima’s Chief Human Resources Officer.
