Requirement

The Manager, Employee Relations is responsible for assisting the Director, Employee Relations to create and implement strategic Employee Relations programs to build commitment and passion amongst all colleagues, ensuring that they will always be fairly treated, and that Human Resources is responsible for the wellbeing of its employees. You will assist the Director, Employee Relations, to proactively put initiatives in place that will reduce employee turnover, increase employee engagement, and contribute towards Atlantis Dubai becoming an employer of choice. You will also manage the day-to-day operations and oversee the administration of the Employee Relations function and contribute to key HR projects, including analysis of data to find trends and assist the company to be proactive instead of reactive.
