We seek an accomplished Growth Marketing Manager to lead our growth initiatives and drive client success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and nurture relationships with aggregator partners such as Jahez, Hunger Station, and Careem to maximize opportunities and growth

as well as negotiate contracts and commissions.

• Develop and implement detailed frameworks and hypotheses for performance optimization, constantly refining strategies for maximum

impact.

• Utilize various analytics tools to collect and analyze data, providing actionable insights to drive marketing strategies and decisions.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

• Minimum of 6-7 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on growth strategies.

• Prior experience managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals.

• Proven track record of driving online growth for businesses, with tangible results and case studies.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude, capable of initiating and managing projects independently.

• Strong expertise in e-commerce and end-to-end funnel optimization.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and manage senior organizational stakeholders.
