SCT Chemicals is a lubricants and chemicals blending plant located in Dubai. We produce our own PMA, Esters, Fuel additives, and Alkyl Methacrylates for automotive, industrial and heavy-duty lubes. SCT Chemicals has a production capacity to produce additive packages that can produce 50,000 MT and a production capacity to produce Lubricants of 140,000 MT. We cover operations globally with producing and selling our components by our entities.

Responsibilities
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrative. The Human Resources Administrative will be responsible for handling day to day HR management tasks such as employee relations, communicating with employees, customer service, and managing HR operations.

Requirement
- HR Management and Human Resources (HR) knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in managing employee relations issues
- Customer service skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of local and international labor laws and regulations
