Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a timely and friendly manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately.
- Assist in managing inventory, restocking supplies, and ensuring proper storage of perishable items.

Requirements
- Work experience: Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Education: Preferably a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude.
