Responsibilities-
- Contracting process with sponsors and vendors and all other necessary event documentation
- Manage multiple tasks and maintain records of sales data.
- Data entry into the system
- Invoicing, payment follow-up and collection
- Coordinating with venues to ensure all requirements are met for the event.
- Coordinating the event logistics
- Weekly sales report generation
- Preparation of proposal and PPT presentations
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics.

Requirement
- Customer service skills
- Time Management
- Use of Technology based on latest trends in the event industry
- Willingness to travel
- Microsoft office is mandatory.
- UAE driving license is a plus.
- Must be a self-starter and motivator
