Responsibilities-

  • Contracting process with sponsors and vendors and all other necessary event documentation
  • Manage multiple tasks and maintain records of sales data.
  • Data entry into the system
  • Invoicing, payment follow-up and collection
  • Coordinating with venues to ensure all requirements are met for the event.
  • Coordinating the event logistics
  • Weekly sales report generation
  • Preparation of proposal and PPT presentations
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics.

Requirement
  • Customer service skills
  • Time Management
  • Use of Technology based on latest trends in the event industry
  • Willingness to travel
  • Microsoft office is mandatory.
  • UAE driving license is a plus.
  • Must be a self-starter and motivator
