Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to foster continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a tech or creative industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
