Description

Collaborate with management to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.

Responsibilities

*Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.

*Collaborate to the interview process, coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.

*Conduct reference checks and background verifications as necessary.

*Extend offers of employment and negotiate compensation packages when required.

*Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.

*Assist in on boarding and orientation activities for new hires.
