• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to establish project objectives, deliverables, and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project requirements, technical specifications, and scope documents to determine project timelines and critical path activities.
• Conduct feasibility studies and resource allocation analyses to optimize project schedules and identify potential risks and constraints.
• Monitor and track project progress, identifying deviations from the plan and recommending corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Generate regular progress reports,
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address schedule-related risks.
• Coordinate with project teams and project managers
• Conduct post-project analysis to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement in the planning and scheduling process.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in project management or planning are a plus.
• Proven experience 15 years as a planning engineer or in a similar role, preferably in engineering or construction projects.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
