Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for on-time delivery of talent to the business by effective utilization of sourcing strategies
Building trusted partnerships with business and HR stakeholders; understand and cater to the hiring needs, capabilities and knowledge requirements & gaps.
Lead the delivery of a seamless recruitment process to the organization; effectively contributing to the process improvement measures essential for future HR transformations
Developing and nurture potential leads through relevant hiring communities and events
Generating brand recall for Maersk as an Employer of Choice
Job Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree or post-graduate qualification in Human Resources, or other relevant discipline
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, out of which 3 years in Talent Acquisition or Nationalization Lead role
Previous experience strategically developing and, or executing nationalization programs
Knowledge of computer literacy and demonstrated experience working with sophisticated HR ERP platforms
