Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for on-time delivery of talent to the business by effective utilization of sourcing strategies
• Building trusted partnerships with business and HR stakeholders; understand and cater to the hiring needs, capabilities and knowledge requirements & gaps.
• Lead the delivery of a seamless recruitment process to the organization; effectively contributing to the process improvement measures essential for future HR transformations
• Developing and nurture potential leads through relevant hiring communities and events
• Generating brand recall for Maersk as an Employer of Choice

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree or post-graduate qualification in Human Resources, or other relevant discipline
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, out of which 3 years in Talent Acquisition or Nationalization Lead role
• Previous experience strategically developing and, or executing nationalization programs
• Knowledge of computer literacy and demonstrated experience working with sophisticated HR ERP platforms
