Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing the flow of work and optimize operational activities.
Track and analyze various reports such as partner issues, operational failures, etc.,
Confirm the ability and availability of order execution.
Inform and educate partners for new process implementation and follow-up to ensure proper execution.
Major coordinator between the Commercial team and the various business units to receive constant updates throughout the execution process.
Update the system with the relevant status changes and notify the client accordingly as per the company’s standard Service Level Agreement.
Maintain good relations with key persons inside and outside the company.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree is a must.
The drive and intellect for solving daily problems of our customers and partners.
Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Preferably, someone with 3-5 years of experience in E-Commerce, Contact center, early age start-ups Ops, business operations, and a history of high performance, will do well in these roles.
