Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify key website metrics that will help in the delivery of business objectives and build the vital roadmap and formulate the optimization strategy that will help towards the achievement of said KPIs.
• Lead the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and work closely with Ecommerce team on A/B testing for campaigns, web design, and SEO. Explore personalization strategies to improve web performance.
• Ensure that new creative & technical UX solutions can be leveraged to improve user experience and engagement
• Work closely with our key internal and external Web Operations partners, regional digital hubs and commercial leads in identifying new and existing opportunities and business processes that could be optimized and deployed

Job Requirements:

• University degree in Business, (Digital) Marketing, Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in roles of marketing, digital or website
• Experience in project management and agile tools (Jira & Confluence).
• Solid understanding of digital media landscape.
