Projects Specialist – Support Services
Job Purpose:
The Project Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring the effective management of projects within the support services departments and the University. This role is instrumental in maintaining project schedules, tracking progress, and optimizing cross-functional projects’ performance. The Specialist will be responsible for producing and managing project documentation, generating project reports for management, and actively engaging in task follow-up to drive project success.

Requirements:

Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
