Responsibilities
- Design and develop test plans and test cases based on functional and technical specifications.
- Working with other QA team to create an automation test script and orchestration.
- Execute test cases and document defects, bugs, and issues found during testing.
- Work closely with the development team to reproduce and debug defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality of our software products.
- Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Participate in the development of automated tests using test automation frameworks.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with manual and automated testing techniques.
- Experience in test automation frameworks, scripting languages (Python, Ruby, etc.).
- Experience with automated and performance testing tools (JMeter, Load Runner, etc.)
- Experience working in Agile environment and logging defects in JIRA.
- Experience in automation testing, security and performance testing.
- Experience in testing iOT hardware devices, kiosk, QR code readers, handheld readers etc.
- Ability to write and execute SQL queries to verify data.
