About the job

RECEPTIONIST ,

We are looking for a young, dynamic bilingual (fluent in Arabic & English) to join our reputed US curriculum school in Abu Dhabi. Candidates must be available for a face-to-face interview. The candidate must possess at least a Bachelors degree from a recognized University. The candidate must have prior experience as a Receptionist and is aware of handling different types of enquiries in a very professional way.

Highly competitive salary and other employee benefits will be provided. Interested candidates apply with an updated CV. Appointments will be made after necessary police clearance and Ministry approvals.

We are looking for someone:

Who wants to make a positive difference to Childrens lives
Proven Clerical/Administrative experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to deal with sensitively with members of the public by telephone and in person
Ability to prioritize to ensure that deadlines are met, while working well under pressure
The ability to work within set procedures and to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to form and maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with children and young people
Ability to work effectively as a part of team
Flexibility to work on the changing shift pattern or help in resolving queries, if required beyond the school working hours

Responsibilities:

To be responsible for the maintenance and submission of staff data both computerized and manual records, ensuring that monthly payroll deadline is met and maintain confidentiality
To maintain staff records, including sickness, special leave, punctuality, annual leave, other leave, retirement and resignation, grievance and disciplinary matters.
To operate and manage Staff Reporting system
Update and maintain staff list and stude
