Senior Multimedia Designer Jobs in Dubai | Saatchi & Saatchi

Job Responsibilities:

Concept and design print, video, and digital creative; render masterful typography, and provide photo and motion graphics
Collaborate with teams of creatives, strategists and account leads to create content for client meetings and new business pitches
Work in the fast-paced space of new business where thinking-on-your-feet and ownership of the work is critical
Help develop and design agency brand standards and agency creative communications from websites and intranets to social platforms and more
Be a source of inspiration, positivity and creativity to others
Contributing in brainstorms and concept ideation for campaigns and production jobs
Design presentation decks for client meetings, new business pitch decks, white papers and other documents
Creation and rollout of high quality design work, ranging from print to digital to motion graphics, with the focus being on strong design work and fulfilling briefs accurately and on time.
Work in a team with other creatives and client service staff
Creating graphics, animations, and special effects, as well as editing photos, audio, and video using Adobe Creative Suite
Using active listening skills and constructive criticism to fine-tune their work
Prioritizing tasks based on deadline proximity

Job Requirements:

Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Ability to develop and execute projects from beginning to end, and keep deliverables on time and on budget
Desire and ability to self-motivate and motivate others to creatively and strategically solve multiple problems at once, under quick deadlines
Portfolio that demonstrates your ability to do all of the above
Attention to detail
A keen eye for art and composition
Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
Strong design foundation – must be able to translate design into animation/motion graphics
Understanding of principles of motion design and ability to find good solutions
Understand digital design and it’s platforms (social, video)
Should be able to create digital storyboards for video
Portfolio that demonstrates your ability to do all of the above
