We are currently looking for competent & performance driven Service Advisors (Customer Service) to work with our Toyota & Lexus Team across the UAE.  Service Advisors are the first contact for customers in the Workshop, you are the image builder for the Service Department and present a picture of faith and confidence.

Job Responsibilities

a) Ask Question and record customer requests without delay
b) Collect accurate symptoms of complaints from the customer for quick resolutions at workshop.
c) Empathize and clarify customer requests.
d) Check workshop situation and promise delivery time.

Job Requirements

a) Technical Diploma or High school graduate would be an ideal fit
b) Able to communicate effectively
c) Customer service experience will be an added advantage
d) UAE National with family book
