A Team Leader for us is a professional in charge of guiding, monitoring and leading an entire
group of agents. You will have to oversee them under a joint team brand. You are
responsible for motivating teammates as well as inspiring positive communication within
them so that they can work together toward achieving goals.

Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of real estate agents to achieve and surpass sales targets and objectives.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, action plans, and marketing initiatives to drive team performance.
- Sales Target: Set clear sales targets for your team and work collaboratively to ensure they are achieved.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring top-notch service and client satisfaction.
- Training and Development: Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
