Responsibilities
- Play a key role in developing and enhancing tools, reports and dashboards to support Revenue optimization of F&B and other revenue streams
- Ensure consistency in data standards, reporting procedures, and assist in driving best practices in data quality across the group and across different revenue streams i.e F&B and other revenue streams
- Support the Manager in implementing short-term and long-term strategies to refine business procedures and systems within the Business Intelligence department, focusing on enhancing data accuracy and consistency
- Develop an in-depth understanding of various data sources and reporting tools to offer meaningful recommendations for improvement

Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university studies in hospitality, commercial, technical or scientific discipline
- Highly analytical in all respects with an ability to identify, address and solve problems
- Deep understanding of F&B Revenue Management concepts in Luxury Hospitality sector ·
- Previous experience of working in a role involving use of large data to make business decision within luxury hospitality industry i.e revenue management, data analysis, business intelligence
- Previous experience of analysing and effectively summarizing complex data using BI tools and platforms such as Excel, Power BI / Qliksense / Tableau / Microstrategy Desirable
