You will work closely with the sales team to ensure the successful onboarding of new clients and to identify opportunities for upselling new features and services. They may also collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that will increase customer retention and satisfaction.

- Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers;
- Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers;
- Develop market strategies by researching lists of high-potential prospects;
- Establish the working process of the Customer Success Department;
- Measure the NPC rate of current clients who are being connected and propose a plan to increase this NPC;
- Create a workflow for working with the product and development teams.
