As CLO, you will be responsible for balancing the legal affairs of the organization, including its portfolio companies ekar and GluCare, within a commercial framework. The ideal candidate will manage legal and business strategies, suggest appropriate solutions, mitigate risk, and ensure legal efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Develop and lead legal strategy to promote and protect the organization’s matters
- Convey and implement legal advice to executives
- Communicate and oversee compliance regulations with agencies
- Develop and lead internal audit and compliance programs
- Oversee the delivery of legal services and resources to accomplish the organization’s goals

Requirement
- Law degree and license to practice law in UAE with preference for prior experience in KSA
- Minimum of 5 years of legal experience with preference for prior in-house experience particularly with an investment firm or startup company
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage a diverse and complex workload while maintaining priorities and anticipating issues
- Flexibility and ability to constructively manage change
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
