Responsibilities
- Maximize and convert sales leads of specialized area
- Deliver high levels of customer service to retain clients
- Ensure customer accounts are up to date in real time on relevant IT systems
- Ensure all electronic booking and sales networks are up to date and stock is visible for sale
- Basic knowledge on all other sales areas to be able to handle all incoming enquiries via web, app and phone.
- Manage facility availability on the ESMplay app and troubleshoot client issues.

Requirement
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of sports facility operations and regulations.

- High level IT skills and knowledge of technology
- Knowledge of sorting/filing techniques, records retention policies and schedules to maintain accurate records.
