We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Fleet Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the fleet of bikes, ensuring seamless operations and compliance across various Emirates.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and update inventory of bikes on Google Sheets for efficient tracking and management.
- Demonstrate expertise in registering/renewing bikes across all Emirates, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Apply for insurance, negotiate the best prices, and manage the insurance process effectively.
- Handle claim procedures with insurance providers, ensuring a smooth and timely resolution.
- Manage accident cases, including filing documentation at local police authorities for legal compliance.
- Proactively plan monthly schedules to optimize workload distribution, ensuring operational efficiency.

Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience in logistics, delivery services, or fleet management is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using office software and reporting tools
- Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols in the delivery industry
