Responsibilities
- Always maintain a professional, responsible, attentive, and watchful demeanour. Greet each guest and visitor with a warm welcome where applicable.
- Caution guests regarding unsafe areas. Rescue guests in danger of drowning and administer first aid.
- Maintain order on the Beach. Conduct or officiate swimming meets and give swimming instructions on the beach as required.
- Coordinate with the relevant department to maintain the general appearance and cleanliness of the assigned beach area.
- Patrol the designated swimming areas or paddle craft/canoe and keep an eye on guests/visitors who are in deep water at all times. Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests.

Requirement
- Ensure that high standards of personal hygiene and grooming are strictly observed and followed. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
- Adhere to departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions, enabling delivery of luxurious service to guests in line with Jumeirah’s standard of excellence.
- Adhere to all relevant Health, Safety and Environment procedures, instructions, and controls.
