Main Tasks

• Use Applicant Tracking System (SmartRecruiters) to its full potential for end-to-end recruitment cycle from job creation until offer issuance.
• Conduct competency-based interviews for thorough assessment of talents.
• Use different recruitment tools to source for candidates.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition role.
• Experience in media and communications industry is a must.
• Arabic speaking is preferred.
• Proven experience of delivering successful projects in complex matrixed organizations.
• Broad understanding of the agency model and its evolution into the platform-based agency of the future.
• Experience of managing up and across with the ability to navigate a complex stakeholders’ matrix.
