  • Drive the implementation of Market Access strategies (including securing reimbursement, funding, and national and subnational enlisting in hospital formulary)
  • Ensure the implementation of content, tactics and training developed by the Global and/or regional teams.
  • Synthesizes and interprets input from cross-functional teams to identify and analyse trends and/or changes in the healthcare system that will influence Patient Access strategies
  • Partner with Medical Affairs to develop and shape markets, support products throughout their lifecycle, and manage unforeseen market changes.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs to support initiatives involving local patient and clinical organizations.
  • Partner with the relevant stakeholders in managing relations and plan and execute Advocacy programs across a broad spectrum of therapy areas.
  • Create a map of current situation of Vifor Pharma products with the support of Marketing & Sales organization. Then establish and coordinate a process for regular update.


  • Scientific background (Bachelor, Master, or PhD) with relevant Market Access experience preferably in KSA for at least 3 years.
  • Proper understanding of rare disease reimbursement dynamics and regulations in each of GCC markets
  • Proven track record of in reimbursement negotiation achievements
  • Excellent communications skills and fluency in both Arabic and English
  • The role will be based in Riyadh and the successful candidate should have the flexibility to travel at least 50% of the time.
