Our client is one of the leading structural steel fabrication companies in the United Arab Emirates.

The expansion and up coming projects has led to increasing their team and hiring various roles within the organization.

We are looking for a Sales Engineer who will report directly to the Operations Manager to join the team

Requirments:

Include business development aspect of an organization. Primary duties include identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients, collaborating with executives on business strategy to determine objectives, evaluating current business performance and maximizing business reach and potential

Responsibilities:

• Prospect, develop, follow up and visit new and existing customers
• Review and/or update pricing on existing parts
• Review each quote to assure that all detail has been included and that profit is acceptable
• Follow up with potential customers to turn quote into an order within a reasonable timeframe
• Provide support and assistance to the estimators and support staff as needed
• Manage the estimators for fabrication and estimate orders when needed
• Contact potential new customers for issues or general sales visit
• Revise pricing on existing parts and submit to customers
• Get involved with quality issues either internally or at customer’s facility
• Review and approve quotes before sending to customer. If not approved, work with estimators to revise

Skills:

• Bachelors degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years experience in direct sales within metal fabrication or construction industry
• Knowledge of CAD programs is an advantage
• Ability to identify customer needs and match their solution with company product/services
