We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Marketing Officer. The candidate must possess excellent speaking and writing skills. At least (15 to 20) years of UAE/GCC work experience. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of an organization’s marketing and advertising initiatives. They play a vital role in a company’s growth and have important responsibilities that range from creative influence to business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all marketing operations of Damas Medical Centre and develop its marketing strategy and vision.
• Managing all marketing operations, assessing, and improving existing initiatives, and devising new strategies to increase revenue.
• Liaise with other departments to guide a unified approach to customer service, distribution etc. that meets market demands.
• Drive revenue by increasing sales through marketing activities.
• Develop the structure of the marketing department.
• Nurture the creativity of the marketing department, developing innovative marketing ideas that will help attract and retain more customers and lead back to increased sales growth.

Requirement

• 15+ years of experience as a chief marketing officer.
• Previous experience within the UAE or other GCC countries.
• Successful track record in senior marketing role and campaign creation
• Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.)
• In-depth knowledge of market research and sharp analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
