The Role You will be responsible for developing and enhancing our brand identity in both domestic and international markets, across a range of different marketing materials, online and offline. You will be a leader in idea generation, developing cutting edge designs. You will act as a brand champion and be a point of contact for design execution.

Responsibilities
- Studying design briefs to determine requirements
- Visual conceptualisation and design execution of various marketing collateral, both printed and digital
- Gaining design approval through the submission of rough concepts and layouts
- Adhere to the corporate brand guidelines when producing different design concepts
- Ensure external and internal communications are consistent with brand identity, including, but not limited to, communications involving sponsorships, advertising, internal newsletters, media releases, proposals and events.
- Provide multiple concepts/design options for determining creative strategy
- Use the appropriate colours and layouts as per the brand guidelines

Requirement
- Understand consumer media consumption behaviour within our target markets and develop a user insights schedule to be used on a daily basis when we are executing campaigns.
- Be mindful of cultural sensitivities and interpretations
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Staying up to date with industry trends to keep ahead of competitors
- Ensure compliance with the law around copyright and data protection.
