Responsibilities
- Creating and implementing lighting designs based on clients’ needs and specifications
- Configuring lighting systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and quality
- Installing, testing, and troubleshooting lighting fixtures, bulbs, and other accessories necessary for each event
- Collaborating with other technical staff such as sound technicians, video technicians, and stagehands to ensure successful event productions
- Ensuring compliance with all safety standards and regulations pertaining to lighting equipment and systems

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Light Technician, with at least 3 years of experience in the events services industry
- In-depth knowledge of lighting equipment and systems, with the ability to design, set up, and operate a variety of lighting fixtures and accessories
- Demonstrated proficiency in using lighting control software, such as ETC and GrandMA
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with other technical staff, production crews, and clients
- Understanding of safety protocols and regulations pertaining to lighting equipment and systems
