Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of Small Group connection pathways.
- Develop weekly Small Group discussion guides based on the Sunday messages.
- Oversee the ongoing identifying, equipping, and launching of new Small Group leaders.
- Plan and implement volunteer training that brings alignment across all sites with regards to vision, philosophy of ministry and best ministry practise.
- Establish a culture of supporting and multiplying volunteer leaders who embody the Fellowship Small Groups vision and philosophy through bible teaching, leadership training and ministry coaching.

Requirement
- Have a clearly thought through philosophy of Small Groups that results in multiplication and life-transformation.
- Be a leader who can think strategically, cast vision, shift culture, who is a self-starter, a strong communicator, a team player (esp. staff team) and able to influence people.
- Have conviction and passion for Small Groups ministry, with a heart for seeing people both experience genuine transformation in Christ and also multiplying disciples of Christ.
- Have 3 years of experience as a Small Groups Director/Pastor.
- Have experience in working in a muli-ethnic context.
