As a shopper marketing executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by developing deep customer and shopper insights and translating them into actionable strategies and plans. The primary responsibility will be to leverage account and country-specific category and shopper insights to identify business-building opportunities within specific customers and channels. You will work closely with account managers to ensure the seamless integration of customer marketing plans with brand marketing plans and customer business planning, while also focusing on in-store activation and delivering integrated customer business plans.

Responsibilities
  • Develop customer & shopper insights. Translate insights into business building opportunities within specific customers/channels and translating central shoppers marketing plans into local ones as per channel/customer requirements.
  • Use and leverage account/country specific category and shopper insights
  • Integration of customer marketing plans with brand marketing plan and customer business planning
  • Work with Account managers to ensure excellence in in-store activation and delivery of integrated Customer Business Plan and Customer Marketing Plan
  • Work with the brand and customer/country teams to deliver activation plan efficiency and effectiveness
